If pitting is found on the bearing raceway, the bearing should also be replaced. (6) check the matching condition between the inner diameter of the bearing and the journal. When the matching clearance should be no more than 0.1Omm to measure the journal, it should be measured in the upper and lower parts of the vertical ground (which is the most worn part). If the fit clearance exceeds the specified use limit, the bearing should be replaced to restore the normal fit clearance. Burrs and pitting are not allowed on the journal to narrow the gap. (7) After all parts have been verified to meet the requirements, apply grease to the inner bearing and then install it into the wheel hub. (8) when applying lubricating grease to the inner cavity of the bearing, attention should be paid to squeezing the lubricating grease into the bearing until the lubricating grease comes out from the other side of the bearing. Apply a thin layer of grease to the hub cavity and the shaft cover to prevent rust. Pay attention not to apply too much grease in the hub cavity, otherwise it will affect heat dissipation and braking. (9) put the wheel hub and external bearing back to the Journal, screw the shaft head Adjusting nut with hands, and then tighten the Adjusting nut with the shaft head wrench according to the specified torsion. After tightening the nut, rotate the wheel hub several times left and right to see the installation of the bearing; On the other hand, make the bearing and the seat ring match correctly through rotation. At this time, the bearing tightness is appropriate, and the wheel rotates freely without feeling the axial clearance. (10) Finally, install the lock plate, securing nut, tire, dust cover, and decorative cap in that order. (11) after the wheel hub bearing is adjusted, drive for a period of mileage (about 1OKM), stop for inspection, used to wipe the temperature of the wheel hub, if heating, caused by the bearing adjustment too tight, should be readjusted, relax the bearing tightness properly.
