Automotive laminated glass is manufactured by sandwiching a layer of PVB interlayer between two panes of glass and then processing it under high temperature and high pressure. II. Automotive Tempered Glass
Automotive tempered glass is produced by heating the glass to its softening point and then rapidly cooling it, creating a compressive stress layer on the surface while inducing tensile stress in the interior. This process significantly enhances the glass’s strength, making it 3 to 10 times more resistant to impact than ordinary glass and capable of withstanding temperature changes of 250 to 320 degrees Celsius. After being struck and shattering, tempered glass breaks into small, honeycomb-like,钝角 particles that do not pose a risk of injury, thereby effectively protecting the safety of the driver and passengers. 3. Automotive wired-heating antenna glass
Automotive wired heating antenna glass is produced by either printing conductive, heat-generating silver‑paste lines onto the glass surface or embedding several specialized wires within the laminated glass. When energized, this system raises the glass surface temperature rapidly to between 40 and 75 degrees Celsius, effectively melting frost and fog from the glass during cold winter months. Ensure that the driver has a clear view of the road. In addition to functions such as heating, defrosting, and anti-fogging, glass can also serve as an antenna for receiving GPS, TV, HCD, FM, and other signals.
